Public Offer for Access to Money Planner Premium (English translation)
Version of 19 October 2026. This is an informational translation of the Russian public offer published at https://moneyplanner.app/offer.html. If the texts differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. Seller and subject of the agreement
Timur Robertovich Galiakbarov, an individual applying the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax" (self-employed, Russian Federation), INN 026814203349, city of Ufa (the "Contractor"), offers the user to enter into an agreement on the terms of this offer.
Service website: https://moneyplanner.app. The Money Planner app is intended for tracking and planning personal finances. It does not provide banking, investment or payment services and does not guarantee any financial results.
Under the agreement the Contractor gives the user access to additional features of the app — Money Planner Premium — for the paid period. The purchase does not transfer exclusive rights to the app.
2. Premium features
Premium unlocks additional personal finance features:
- No ads: advertisements are not shown in the app while Premium is active.
- Cloud backups: saving finance data and restoring it from a backup after signing in with Yandex. Data is transferred only after the user turns on cloud backup themselves; up to 10 latest backups are stored.
- Advanced analytics: comparing expenses across periods and a forecast to assess the dynamics of the personal budget. The forecast is informational and does not guarantee financial results.
- Export: exporting the transactions of the selected budget to an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file for viewing and processing outside the app.
- Sign-in protection: restricting access to the app with a PIN code set by the user.
- Bank notifications: on Android — adding transactions based on bank notifications when the required permissions are granted. The feature depends on the notification format and does not guarantee recognition of notifications from every bank; signing in to online banking is not required.
The subscription works in Money Planner on Android and iOS. The set of features depends on the platform; bank notifications are available on Android only. Before paying, the user can read the description of the features and compatibility requirements on the website and in the app.
Free features of the app are available without buying Premium. New features may be added; a substantial reduction of the paid set of features does not apply to an already paid period without the user's consent or appropriate compensation.
3. Price and period

The yearly plan is paid with a single one-time payment of 990 rubles. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charges. The Contractor charges no mandatory surcharges on top of this price. Fees set by the user's bank are governed by that bank's terms.
The period starts when Premium is activated. It ends on the corresponding date and time of the following year; if that day does not exist in the month, the last day of the month is used. If Premium is paid before the current paid period ends, the new period starts right after the current one ends. The selected period, amount and access end date are shown before payment.
Trial period. The Contractor may offer a free Premium trial in the app; its length is shown in the app before it is turned on. The trial can be turned on once, requires no payment, payment details or account sign-in, does not renew automatically and does not turn into a paid subscription: when it ends, Premium stops, and further use is possible only after payment as described in section 4.
4. Conclusion of the agreement, payment and access
How to place an order:
- Step 1. The user signs in with Yandex to the account the purchase should be linked to.
- Step 2. Checks the plan, the full amount and the access period.
- Step 3. Reads the offer and the privacy policy and confirms acceptance of the offer. Enters a contact email for the receipt and order messages.
- Step 4. Goes to the Robokassa payment page, enters bank card details and confirms the payment in the way offered by the bank.
- Step 5. Receives the order number and the payment result. After Premium is activated, opens the app and signs in with the same Yandex account.
Before a successful payment the user may cancel the order by closing the payment page. If money has already been charged, the cancellation and refund procedure of section 6 applies.
The user confirms acceptance of the offer before payment. Acceptance of the offer is the successful payment of the plan after such confirmation. The Contractor records the order, the selected plan and the version of the accepted terms.
Payment is made in Russian rubles by bank card via Robokassa for 100% of the period price. Cards supported by Robokassa and the acquiring bank for this shop are accepted; whether a particular card can be used is determined by the payment service and the bank. When paying with a card in another currency, including a card issued outside the Russian Federation, the user's bank converts the ruble amount at its own rate and fees. Other payment methods, including SBP, are not available for buying Premium on the website. Full card details and the security code are entered in the payment interface and are never requested by the Contractor. The receipt of the professional income tax payer is sent to the buyer using the contact details provided at purchase.
The service is provided remotely: Premium is unlocked in the Money Planner app on Android and iOS; no physical delivery is required or charged. Access is activated automatically after the confirmation of a successful payment from Robokassa is received and verified, but no later than 1 hour after the successful payment. The paid period runs from the actual activation of access, or, when paying before the current period ends, from its end (section 3). Until the confirmation is received, the order may be pending. If money has been charged but Premium has not appeared, the user contacts support with the order number; paying for the same order again is not required. If access is not provided within this time, the user may demand access or cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
Before payment the user signs in with Yandex. The subscription is linked to the identifier of their Yandex account and works in Money Planner on Android and iOS. After reinstalling the app or changing the device, access is restored by signing in to the same Yandex account. Signing in to another account does not transfer the subscription automatically. If access cannot be restored, the user contacts support with the order details. Only the information needed to find the order is requested; a password, full card number or security code is never required.
5. End of access and renewal
Premium is paid with a one-time payment. No automatic renewal is set up; payment details are not stored or used for recurring charges.
When the paid period ends, Premium stops. No debt for unpaid access arises. To continue using Premium, the user pays for a new period themselves as described in section 4. Deleting the app does not end the paid period and does not by itself entitle the user to a refund.
6. Cancellation and refund
The user may cancel the purchase after payment and before Premium is activated, and at any time during the paid period. The cancellation is sent by email; stating a reason is not required.
Step-by-step cancellation and refund procedure:
- Step 1. Email timurgaliakbarov1@gmail.com with the subject "Premium refund". Include the order number, purchase date and your request: end access and refund the money, or refund an erroneous charge. If you do not know the order number, include the email used for the purchase, the date and the amount — support will help find the order.
- Step 2. The Contractor registers the request and confirms receipt by email to the sender within 3 business days. If the payment cannot be identified, only the necessary clarifications are requested. A Yandex password, full card number or security code is not needed.
- Step 3. The Contractor checks the payment and the access period provided and informs the user of the refund amount with the calculation, or gives a reasoned answer. For early cancellation, the remaining time is calculated as of the moment the cancellation is received, not when its review is completed.
- Step 4. Within 10 calendar days after receiving a request that allows the payment to be identified, the Contractor issues the refund via Robokassa to the same bank card that was used for payment and sends the user a confirmation with the date and amount of the refund.
- Step 5. After the payment service processes the refund, crediting to the card usually takes 1 to 10 business days depending on the bank. If the money has not arrived within this time, reply to the confirmation: the Contractor will check the refund status and provide the transaction details for contacting the bank.
The bank period above is an estimated crediting time, not an extension of the mandatory deadline for fulfilling the user's request. Shorter mandatory deadlines and other rights established by law prevail. If a refund to the original card is technically impossible, the Contractor agrees another refund method with the user; no repeat purchase or fee is required for this.
If the user cancels before Premium is activated, the full amount is refunded. If the paid period is ended early, the Contractor refunds the cost of the remaining time in proportion to its length: the payment amount multiplied by the ratio of the remaining time to the full length of the paid period. Mandatory law giving the user broader rights prevails. No penalty is charged for cancellation. Payment service and bank fees are not deducted from the refund; the Contractor bears the costs of the refund.
If access was not provided through the Contractor's fault, or a confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, the corresponding amount is refunded in full. In case of service defects the user retains the rights provided by law; this section does not limit them.
7. Data, service operation and requests
Processing of personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy. Accepting the offer is not consent to marketing messages or a general consent to any data processing.
The user checks the financial information they enter and keeps the necessary backups. In case of technical problems the Contractor accepts requests and fixes the issues. This offer does not exclude the Contractor's liability established by mandatory law.
A new version of the offer is published on the website. Changes do not worsen the terms of an already paid period retroactively. The agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Contacting support does not deprive the user of the right to go to court or to government authorities; jurisdiction established by law is preserved.
